Cafè Semplice was born in Monaco on the basis of the restaurant of the same name that Marino Roberto –current owner of Chalet Morel 1586 in Limone Piemonte – created in Mayfayr, London from 2007 to 2015: Ristorante Semplice, obtaining a Michelin Star from 2009 to 2015.
